Updates! They had delivered the furnitures again yesterday. Thank goodness to my prayers answered. The furnitures were ok. The metal brackets and connectors for the drawers and tables were not rusty. (they were all rusty on the first time and when we reject, the prc delivery guy say cannot reject. They only accept our rejection after we call the shop at loyang) I had lost my confidence with Cellini and will nv buy from them again. My package costs me close to 5k and I'm disappointed with the service rendered, esp their customer service officer, Peter. He was inpatient and contradicting every time I ask him qn regarding the furniture exchange. Utterly disappointed with them.
