Aristotle where did u get the sink mixer, how much and where u get it. For black for wall or table top, i had this thinking too but then worry that if i spill something etc i cannot see it.

Is this cabinet on its own as not stick together with the kitchen cabinet? Saw from Blum website that they have a tall cabinet like this at the side with pull out basket, feel like doing one too but don know if its going to be costly.

Hacking can caused damage to neighbour ceiling? Next to u, not downstair right? How come? Then who will be paying for that? I know hacking the toilet will sometime have leaking n spoil downstair ceiling. Can the worker do the job without the leaking, if not who will pay as well? Sorry for all the question.

May, i still could not ready digest the part on - [his common/master toilet windows faces the service yard. So the hot water was flowing out from the windows to the service yard then condensed around that area. it was not due to the gas heater that was installed at service yard.] Cannot really understand, is he install the heater at the wrong place or no way to adjust as its the layout of the toilet and service yard problem?
