Hi Onn, i order a 3 seater from them during an Expo around last year May and only want to deliver it on Dec last month. When its near to delivery date, i went to the shop to confirm the delivery and my Sofa was delivered. So i feel on delivery part should be quite safe as when i went down to confirm the delivery, the salesman who i ordered from had already left the company. The other sales man also helped me.

loglog, ur tile orginially do not have the stain? cos mine has little too but it seem to be the pattern of the tiles although during choosing tiles, i do see the marks

Ic, you have open concept for kitchen. That's good idea. I am thinking of the door too but worry it's going to be dark in the passenger way after closing but I m not going to have open comcept, I am thinking of others way so that people who walk pass do not look in, thinking of having string curtain, not confirm yet as not sure will it look nice.
