Our 142Sqm Ea @ Sk

Recommended Posts

I've been following this forum since May after I put down the $1k deposit for this resale EA, and really appreciate for all the hints/tips/advices given by the fellow forum members on renovation matters.

To cut the story short, cant wait to collect the keys on 11 Sept 2012 :dribble: and die die must start my renovations on 12/09/2012. Got to vacant my existing house by 24 Oct 2012.

Here is my floor plan a 142sqm EA at Sengkang

Hi there,

Thanks for dropping by !

@ MamaO : It's a 15yo flat. Bought this EA with original condition. So going to renovate extensively. Which area in Sengkang are you in ? I am Rivervale Street !

@ May_dream1 : Yup, guess the EA layout after year 2000 all look the same leh. Been viewed Hougang EA built 10 yrs ago, also the same layout as mine. The difference is the size, the earlier batch like mine has a bigger floor area - 142sqm ! :notti:
