It says that it is a lump sum. and when we checked with our contractor, he told us that all these installation, he has all the equipement to install, therefore why does he need to charge us? hehe... !! Plumbing works is lump sum at $3300 and lighting fixtures including false ceiling is also lump sum at $1900. We didnt really compare until we saw a certain ID's and his quote. Guess in the end, when we add here and minus that, the contractor's was still cheaper.

My re-wiring for entire house is at $3800. lighting and all is lump sum.

Yes we decided to change orientation by adding additional flight so that in case anyone falls, the impact of the flow can be broken Also, with elders, we added the space in between to give them more rest before the next flight of stairs. Lastly, adding the stairs will help break away the living room better so that we can build in our tv console and sofa longer

Yes that's right. It will be gd of u can get the owner to sign the indemnity form in front of hdb officer during 1st appt. of not, they my promise and end up not signing anything and in the end, you will have yourself to kick (which was what happened to me) at the end.

I just want to post this to say how thankful I am!! Finally after much prayers and divine help, the seller realise their mistake and signed for us the indemnity form. we also managed to get the PE endorsement. Now I am hoping that Mr K will be super hero and be able to help us submit it. So happy!! and of course, though they were wrong in the first place to drag and drag, i jst feel thankful to my dear God for reminding these pple to fulfil their promise!
