Done! Hehe I'm quite glad about that. Status Update: Day 27 (24 May 2014) I forget to update on this when the chemical washing has been done. My MBR toilet floor grouting detached and washed away. I have to get BSC to do the grouting after the reno completes.

Status Update: Day 31 (28 May 2014) My Top Drawer of my MBR Wardrobe. For ties, belts, accessories etc. There will be a glass panel on top but yet to install. MBR Wardrobe with all the drawers up (without doors) MBR Wardrobe (Doors installed) - @Korilala, the doors wont hit the light when we open it. Tested & proven. Status Update: Day 29 (26 May 2014) Carpentry starts today! My ID send me 3 pics of the work-in-progress. They start work around noon or after noon.. Met my ID after work today to confirm the position of the bathroom accessories for the installation schedule this friday. He will oversee the installation so I no need take leave. Window & Grill installation also this friday. My FIL most likely will be dropping to help us oversee the installation. Soooooo excited to see the cabinets are almost done. I didnt take the kitchen cabinets cuz there's still no lights in my kitchen. And paranorma mode dont have flash. Lighting likely be installed fully by thursday.. Here are 3 more pictures. not economical to send back for replacement bah. Shipping cost to and back, you can order another one liao. I didnt think so much. To me, if spoil den buy replacement from sg. Cuz some lightings are really expensive in sg. Like the foyer light & mbr entrance light. My id say sg selling around 200-400 sgd. My foyer light only 6sgd exclude shipping & the mbr entrance light only 33 sgd. So if spoil, den decide bah. haha.. those lightings that always use one, like cove lighting t5s i buy from sg.

Yup agreed! Finally there's light when we visit after work. If not always have to use handphone flashlight.. Yes most of them are bought from taobao. I only bought led strip & t5 from singapore. The ceiling lights are all from taobao. Hmm I have 2 downlights. The one on the left starts to flicker ytd night & it lags when switch on. After much discussion with my hubby, we are going to purchase 2 downlights from sg and get it replaced.

Not free to drop by so my ID snap pic of my 2 bedrooms for me. Hehe.. Both me n hubby like pink. So pinky pinky! Hmm both rooms pink paint are of different code. But seems like both look same tone XD. Around 29-30k.. I really have no budget to do overlaying. I spent too much on my electronic stuff.. I cant help it when I see IT stuff. >.< Linsullen, thanks! I will try to update frequently.. Status Update: Day 15 (12 May 2014) Aircon guy from Gain city came to install air con pipings. They suppose to come on 10 May 2014. I went down to Changi City Point Branch on 24 Apr 2014 to fix the 1st appt for installation (10 May) and made 50% deposit. They normally will block 1 week of schedule, cuz I tried to look 3rd May slot and it was blocked already. So in case I couldnt get a sat installation, I went down to the same branch on 7 May to book 31 May for 2nd installation. This aircon salesperson who attended to me, changed my 1st installation date to 31 may. I waited like a fool on 10 May for installation from 9.30am. Their service hotline only open at 11am. So I can only call after 11am. When I found out my appt was moved, I was sooooooo furious!! But their schedule was fully packed on 10 May. Hence reschedule to 12 May (Mon). Had to take leave for that, if not all my work delay. Due to this, my false ceiling cannot complete as the false ceiling guys suppose to come on Monday to box up the pipings. hai.. no choice.The painting guys had to start painting first and see whether the false ceiling guys can complete the box up before the painting guys finish by this fri. If not it will remain unpainted till the painting guys come back to touch up after the carpentry are up. Here are some pics of the aircon piping.

Aspialle, I'm not doing overlaying. Heard that overlaying tiles may cause tiles to pop in future. Dont have the extra $$ to do toilets.. For me, is either do everything best/to my liking or let it stay original till I have the capability. XD

HansamuQ, I think you seen it in Blacklisted ID/COntractor FB group. Hmm I have yet to email Ciseern. Haiz. Too much on my mind nowadays, still have to draft email to them. Sian. Collected my padlock keys from bsc. Closed the defects list although there are some other defects not done yet. They ensure that they will resume after my reno. They gave me another defect form to fill in and ask me to continue look out for defects (if any) and write in the list.
