  1. Furniture Mart provides the worst service ever - delivered a defective coffee table that has one leg so much shorter than the rest resulting in a terribly unstable product. While promising to deliver a replacement the delivery man kept postponing the agreed delivery time and failed to show up, despite the fact that I had taken leave from work to wait for him every single time. There is obviously zero communication among the sales, logistics and after-sales departments. Nobody ever answers the sales or after-sales hotline and the mailbox is always full so nobody can ever leave a message. Can I ask what is the point of opening up a hotline that nobody attends to? When the sales rep finally returned my call, she was terribly rude and dismissive and refused to listen to my feedback although I was polite and factual. She even hung up on me on the phone. Does Furniture Mart value its customers? Does the company realize the importance of word-of-mouth marketing? This is the first and last time I am buying anything from Furniture Mart again, and I will not hesitate to share my bad experience.
