Hi, just wanna share my experience on ordering from Jerome. My parents are currently re-renovating their place - Kitchen and Bathrooms so I had to help sourcing around for items like hob, sinks, wash basins, water closets etc. This is where I chance upon Jerome's contact and ordered the following items from him: 1. Rinnai Hob RB713NS 2. Rubine Sink DUX620 3. Rubine Faucet 7041-C 4. Rubine Basin TI5401-2550 5. Roz 8916 water closet The whole process was easy and smooth from ordering to delivery of items. Jerome has been extremely helpful and kind! His turn-around time on text messages and phone calls are almost immediate even when I sent him a text at 11pm. Even if he can't take your call, you will definitely hear back from him. As for the prices on my items... In my opinion, I think they are very very competitive. All of the above for approximately S$1,070. All in all, I am very impress with the high service level. My parents were very happy with the items as well.
