The fittings left by my previous owner aren't that bad actually. Just that the wife and I are thinking that we might as well get new ones since we are planning to stay here for long. Hygiene also plays a part so if one can afford it, I'll always advice to change, especially WC and sanitation. I've been in CCK since 2007 and now moved to Teck Whye. My old place is less than 5 min drive away from my new place. When are you moving to BP mrsyap?

Yup the kitchen will be a huge upgrade from my previous home. Big kitchen are hard to come by these days... The excitement can't be described. Hacking gonna start soon, either tmrw or Friday I suppose coz permit just approved today....
