Hi Forumers I need help. I will be getting my 5I resale flat keys soon. All this while been using instant water heater. Recently went down to Gas showroom at Exeter Rd and I was advised to switch to gas heater, and this would save some 60% energy bill. Please share your views. Thank you. Cyan

I will be renovating a resale5 rooms flat in Sengkang. I am unsure the type of water heater to use. Should I use storage type or gas? I was told gas water heater can save up to 60% of the utility bill. Please share with me your recommendation. Thanks. Cyan

Hi Forumers please help. I will be renovating my 5 rooms Sengkang flat in a month time. I am undecided which type of water heater to install. I had intended to use water storage type (electricity heating)until I visited the City Gas showroom and was told I could save as much as 60% on my utility bill. Please share your experience on this. I will be renovating my Sengkang 5 rooms flat in a month time. Recently I visited City Gas show room and I was told by using gas I can save utility bills by as much as 60%. This seems quite impressive. Can Forumers share their views on this. Originally I thought of installing storage type. Thanks.Cyan

Hi Forumers,I will be getting my resale 5 rooms flat soon. After reading RT I am uncertain. Do you really need to engage ID? Or a contractor is good enough to do the renovation? I went to Spore Expo on Sunday, the package deals offered by some ID companies seem very attractive. For 30K they promised you a dream home. Appreciate all comments. Thanks. Cyan

Hi Stinz Im in the same boat. Always believing the next one will be better. Saw this place at pasir ris really like it, but cov 70K!!! And the place needs major overhaul, with limited budget tough going. Any luck so far? Cyan
