Hi guys, anyone mount the ceiling fan onto the false ceiling before? or is it a must to mount it on the actual ceiling?

anyone have experience doing the conceal wiring? or just let the installer do the surface wiring?

anyone have experience cleaning the casing of the aircon unit? the aircon is still working fine but the casing turn yellowish.
