Hi Guys, Anyone know what is the standard for all the new BTO Flats, if it is provided with 30 amps main switch or 40 amps main switch and flats? Is there also any standard type of electrical cabling to be use for home? Such as what type of Non-Metallic Sheathed Wire (NM) should be used? Or which branding of electrical cabling is of better quality. Is there a requirement for SP Services to come on-site to check for all the wiring done? I want them to do a check as I am afraid of engaging contractors who do it without standards.
