The bottom line is all abt budget, if within the budget and able to do a overhaul then y not...u r going to live in the hse for aleast 5yrs so 5yrs of nice env. n not fearing of things falling apart during tat period is worth the $$...taking into consideration tat money will only get smaller & things getting more ex.....2013 coming can foresee that reno prices will go up again...n im geeting the keys next yr

I also just booked a gen 1 EM...1st appt. on 12/12/12 By the time I get the keys will be CNY period...reno will have to start after tat...sianz...move in ard March...current hse have to hand over by Jan next yr (so fast)..will be squeezing in my in-laws 4rm for the time being and renting storage to store my big items. You better have some backup plans incase need to move out early...not easy to move out at one go...talking abt that must start packing liao...sianz

Yes..finally got the OTP for a 25yrs EM...lucky the early 68k offer get rejected if not won't be able to got this EM at a much lower price...now the extra $$ can use for a better house renov.... God is good to us...one closed door lead to another better entrance
