LED seem to be the in thing now so everyone is getting it but really is LED going to save more than energy saving bulb...normally we dun on our lights 24/7 so even if there's savings also not much moreover a gd brand LED cost more so u can easily change a few energy saving bulb n energy saving bulb can b quite lasting too...gd thing abt LED is least heat produce..other than tat I think I still stick to energy saving light for the time being As for TV..I prefer Sony cos if u do some research online, alot of pple complain tat Samsung break down easily n their TV gets heated up faster...if watching normal TV, the pic qty will be the same wif all bands cos depends on ur source but its the color tat diff the bands n Sony color is the best...btw I'm not working for Sony, just do some research n ask ard then decide...anyway no rush in getting TV cos the price will keep dropping...all the best for ur Reno :-)

We have paid part of the amount, if they willing to lower the price, will keep if not can still cancel as the goods are not delivery yet....

Courts prices are on the high side....just did some booking with them a few days back and went GAB to compare the prices...no fight...GAB cheaper...so my CFO called up Courts and now waiting for their reply...hopefully they can drop the prices...if not GAB here I come

u can try getting the contracts from some of those who r using contractors...think theres one who is quite often mentioned in the trends here....but of cos can b quite subjective...one man treasure maybe another man trash...do ur homework here...always work with the person that u r able to communicate with...gd luck in ur search ....btw im also using a contractor for my coming reno....

depends on ur renov works...if u wan nice nice design wif many build-in...getting an ID will be better so as to condinate the works...if simple renov works go for contractor to save cost....

If only I have come across this thread early b4 shopping....just committed to a 4-seater reclinder sofa @ 4k+ from EL at the Expo show during the weekend, delivery ard May...CFO love the sofa so much...no choice but to buy...lucky stop CFO from buy $7xx coffee table...dun see the pt to buy so high for a coffee table....c how they handle the sofa 1st...if gd then consider buying more items from them...btw does lemon law cover if they did't delivery in gd condition
