consultant sig. Yes, he indicate all the works. eg; 1.The cookerhood power point charges. 2.The sink support door. Base on my 1st quotation, its all included , but never return on paper. If he want to revised the quotation, when he take over from the ex consultant, he should get back to me. All the while he never talk about the pricing. After my cabinet is up, i agree to pay the balance and he show the revised quotation. He did additional work, which is agree to pay extra $710. Now i stop all payment and waiting for legal advise before proceed further.

I already make case report and the letter hand over to the ID.

After i refused to pay..Now he again amend the price and need to pay extra $330 for the sink support casement door. Base on 1st quotation all this are included but 2nd quotation prepared by the director, he specified individual and charged for the door.

Not yet sign the 2nd quotation.

Yesterday the carpenter installed the kitchen cabinet. During that time he was there and informed the carpenter to remove the door. Now my concrete sink support without the door.

Hi, I engaged a ID for kitchen renovation thru renotalk. After review the quotation we signed the contract and start the renovation. Half way the consultant left the company due to some reason and then the company director take over my project. Now the renovation is completed 80%. But the director prepare new quotation and request me to sign a revised quotation which has $2000 difference. He demanded payment and we refused to pay the difference. Hence, he threatened to remove the cabinet doors if payment is not made. Naturally, we refused to pay and he has removed the doors. We feel that this is so unfair to us as we have agreed upon a different quotation. Please advise guys on how to take legal action against them.

All the room lights are not working after i fix the light bulp. Then i call HDB complain again. Yesterday the HDB electrical technicion come down and noticed the previous HDB contractor never fix the cable at main power distributar unit for room lights. The light sockets are very cheap quality. After screw the light bulp, the socket just came out. The 2nd HDB contractor change all defective socket and fix the problem... Now days the ccontractor never follow the standard and HDB never do inspection after contractor complete their job..

I just got my SOBF key earlier of this month at Sembawang area. We reported all defective to HDB and they send contractor to repair. But my room tiles and hall tiles are a lot scratches and have small holes. But HDB officer said only toilet and kitchen tiles are under their maintenance since this is SOBF flat.
