  1. Hi Jgal, I'm glad to know your renovation went well. I'm new here but I am here AFTER signing with UD. ya, a werido I am! keke signed then dare to read reviews. keke perhaps I am one who believes in reviews are for considerations but decision is ownself. and I mass sent emails to renovation/design companies to compare the quotes of those I received. but to be very frank, grand total is the first thing I see when I opened a quotation file. I didn't even bother to go through the quotation if the grand total exceeded 20% of my budget. because, in any way, I need to know money is more important since I had paid a huge amount of COV for my 16yr old resale unit. not to miss out, my required works are little and minor, it's thus seems hard to find any companies or sales that willing to entertain my quotation. kekeke. although my resale unit is well-done, well-maintained but had various already-have problem since seller knocked this down, changed that entrance/door (this is something I know since the day I viewed the house). I am to either decide on resuming it or be it. Initially I asked myself "should I seek ID's advises? but they sure to say resume it since they can earn money from more reno done!" but met this UD (not Susan, not Bert, not Alex, not Nicholas) which, woah!, never give any advises but only listen to what I WANT TO DO. Initially thinking quite "ay? how come my ID different from my friends's "descriptions" of an/their ID??" but soon, I get to realize cause he already read my requirements in email and will only work towards it! Well, this can be good or bad la.. hor? depending on individual's views ya.. but I must say, the latter came to the house (when officially mine) and after having on-site viewing, he did SUGGESTED his point of views on my (wanted minor) renovations but with a general comment "see if you want la". hence, I am always the one telling friends that my ID is different from theirs. Asking them is it because my renovation is minor? or is it because mine is resale flat so not much for them to initiate a "change" or "suggestions". but it is always me waiting for my ID when there's a meet up. I am not sure if it's because my ID is from malaysia and hence late when meeting (Saturdays). this has hence lead to my worries on whether will my ID be around every morning when MY renovation starts. just curious with u folks.. are your ID Sgps or Msians??? as when I was choosing the tiles, my ID met his colleague in the tiles shop and I can tell that his colleague is also a Msian. I have no hard feelings on nationalities. I am only asking to "compare" the so-called subjective replies here - "Different ID, Different Customer Service". Thanks!
