Hi all, I need some advice here. I engaged an ID to do the renovation for my resale flat. We did laminate flooring including skirting for 3 bedroom and living room. 1st they hacked the old skirting and did not patch it up. They just install the skirting and there is a huge gap between the wall and the skirting. I call the co-ordinator up, she get her guy to come over and fill the gap with cement. 2nd I had already informed her that we will be installing bi-fold door for the master bedroom toilet (we got another person to do this as we can get at a cheaper price). She did the laminate floor all the way to the edge of the toilet with a bump that seal the laminate edge. Now the bi-fold can’t be installed coz of that. I call her up and inform her. She told me I need to pay to correct that. I don’t understand why I need to pay when she is the one who didn’t do the job well. Can some expert here please advice me?
