  1. i never patronise his stall before,so never take notice,there are 2 food court at the basement lei!

    yesterday the whole day, reminds me the days when im chasing for credit card debt

    he is exactly the same... even when he talk.. i know that is a lie

    so i purposely call the whole day even when i know he wont return my $$

    My last mth rental is paid on 1st Dec 2009 for the whole month of Dec rental.. so cannot not give.

    if i never give than its my fault liao

    Cuz i also rent my rooms out, so its actually against the policy to offset rental de.

    But who knows I so 'HENG' can mit this type of WU LAI


  4. Yes yes i agree with MM, go to the stall and make a scene, tell the customer they own tenant deposit money.

    Anyway what kind of stall they operating ? best is sell pork then can ask a pig head from them to hang at their door steps Wahahaha :P

    its a dim sum stall at china town...


  5. Die die must get back the money. You hubby is so fit. Ask him and a few colleagues to go to the stall and flex their muscles. And tell them to pay up!

  6. Actually if my previous owner did not paint the whole house in the rough surface kind (dunno how to describe), I do not mind not plastering leh since I'm not a person which must have wall smooth smooth kind de hahahaha :D

    I know those ugly walls.... the rented place im staying have those wall... whole unit including ceiling!

    n the agent just surrender.. he gave the uncle stall address to my hubby just 5 mins ago


  9. Good for u dear! Must get back your deposit. Already torture u for staying with the roaches and now dun wana return deposit to u... Maybe u shd bring back all the roaches, see how he answer to the new tenants. :P

    I dun want to deal with the roaches anymore... I rather go mental torture the new tenants....

    Tat fellow, didnt even pay the PUB bills as promised for last mth... how can i trust his words anymore.

    U know, i must have call them more like a dozen time each from morning till now.. avoiding my calls!

    I even call the same agent who accepted my commission the 1st time.. i told him to go find out the situation now.

    If no commitment and $$ by today, I will go file police report since they avoiding my call

    anyway, my tenancy agreement is until 31 Dec... n as long as u dun pay me back the deposit..I still will go up the hse

    see how they answer to the new tenant..

    wahaha.,.... I tell u hor... I keep harrassing him since this morning when i suddenly remember the $$

    n when agent told me say he got pass cash to him, i gotten pissed...

    so i keep calling him... using my own hp, office num and my colleg 's hp

    the agent very rude, keep chasing me for the PUB bill also...

    which i already told him will pass it back today.. n bill already paid on sat...

    so I sms back n tell him off..

    Just nw, i ask my frd to help me type a chinese sms...

    ask him where is his shop, i go take from him today! to reply me immediately
