    Yo Char, finally see some pictures. I like the MBR part best 'cos that area near window.. can put a study table for lappy or dressing table there :P But didn't catch the whole story about $$ and cockroaches entirely.

    Char happily found a place so she can start my reno, who knows that house full of roaches (start of nightmare), and when char happily is moving back into her

    new place... return keys and everything. Realise the owner is a WU LAI... held back the deposit for days, play MIA and delay game.. and drove CHAR crazy

    who went to haunt the Owner to get her $$ back!!!

    Hehe... now left another 1 more day before the start of a NEW YEAR... hope everything will be soon soon and swee swee for me and everyone here!

    hehe... can do conceal.. only a matter of illegal or not.

    for own protection, still best to confirm on our own.

    Just few weeks back, I was chatting with my ID.. and she bring up this topic

    Some client insisted, so they will convey very clear message, I will follow Instrutions and do at owner's risk.

    eh not sure if this is considered under clause 1.2

    Gantan, conceal for old HDB flat is not approved. Usually electrician and contractor can do but at Owner's own risk.

    Especially when u want to sell the house, HDB will come n check.. all the illegal works will be fine and need to be reactified at own cost.

    I remember read these somewhere at HDB webby, and my ID also mentioned to me.

    So still before you proceed, call your HDB officer to check and confirm ley

    they are as sturbborn as u,purposely hold back a bit more balance!haha..

    they said the money belong the food court u should go and seek food court manager to certified and wash their face in front of the manager and

    tell him he own u all money,leave bad impression to the manager ma!haha...later he scare,don want to rent that store to them,haha...me bad also right? :P

    haha.. i think i not evil yet unless they push me too far... cuz if make things too ugly

    scarli they malign me say i damage their furnitures and ask me compensate....

    The uncle also abit ke lian... he really got "qi kuan yan " (strict wife sym)

    he ask me so $80 must sign name?? he refering to the IOU.....

    The agn called me, then soon bian ask me.. after i move out got help clean the place

    I told him.. if i got sweep the floor u be thankful for it.. unless u wan me to put back all the roaches mah!?

    I go there sit 1hr, at 7pm the wife trf $$ to me.. but short of $80..

    haiz.. on the spot i ask for the $$ also cannot pay me back in cash... RUBBISH

    he say the cash box $$ belongs to the foodcourt de...

    I ask the agent to settle the $80 with him.. cuz i already pay off all the PUB bill. last wk pub is to be paid by the owner as part of the roaches compensation.

    But i seriously warn him, by thurs he better trf $80 to me.. if not dun force me to come down again!

    if we were to proceed with option # 1 : carry on cement screeding then overlay wif parquet = other than a slight gradient effect which dont bother us as its not visible after walls been patched up n plastered over - no extra costing heng ba boo liang keng :rolleyes:

    speaking of 2010 ...recently i go consult my fortune for 2010 with 'seven star sword deity master' the SG version of Chris angel who frequently performs in bugis street near kwan yin miao.

    He is only available on tuesday for consultation in his bungalow just across famous jalan kayu prata store,a mid 40s man was in front of me tat day.They converse in hokkien which i can makeout 80%,says he down in luck these months due to something evil which can be rectified by finding the correct direction of the evil first then burn some tailsman costing $20 each,he needs 5 for watever reason he makeup and blablabal..

    Then when its my turn i find its seem to me like a routine ritual for tat monk tat goes like 1> Ask your date of birth as he ask us to draw a card randomly from a pack of card then dealing them out in his occult diagram on table. 2>would presume we encounter bad luck like watever we do not smooth and so on... 3> i ask him wats the solution <which he probably expected> he says the same thingy need to go temple seek out direction of evil casting bad luck on us and burn the tailsman in tat direction to resolve the bad luck issue...watever . Any comments on my experience with so called divinations?

    I will opt for option #1 if there is no cost involved, the different not too obvious and acceptable. I think yours not as headache as Mickey de.

    As for the divinations.. sounds like bullCr*p to me... this kind of thing works for me.. if there is hantu in my house

    if everyone bad luck, burn tailsmen will help.. i dun think so

    then what is FS right? but what kind of "fu" cost $20per pc??? kill ppl put fire...

    someone this kind shld just accept ang bao.. i never see medium got price tag de

    yea lor we sibei sway tis year kena many 'siao ren' and bad lucks...speaking of which now halfway through our reno,our contractor just responsibly informed us that we are the first one in a million case where the previous contractors did a shobby job > a whooping 2 inch difference between our master bedroom flooring< broken onxy marble > and bedroom 3! :dribble: Can u believe our luck man,we were like incurring more n more charges as the reno progress,currently @ 2.5k more than our actual invoice liao..and now this.Apparently there are two choices > 1. To carry on the cement screeding to bridge up the high low flooring then overlay parquet on them. OR 2.Hack everything and cement screed up the floor,then overlay parquet which will probably set us back by 2k more.

    Any kind advice if you guys are in my shoes?

    pengz eh.. why so suai de?? Hope this 2010 will be better..

    any complication for not hacking and continue cement screeding and also what is the cost involve?

    4 one no. of tel point $35.00

    5 one no of heater point $75.00

    6 5 nos of 13a double ssc $210.00

    7 To install 38 pcs of lights $290.00

    8 Dismentle and alteration works $150.00

    Total : $1880

    seems like cheaper than mine ley.. my heater point already $108!
