hi tfujiwara8 is the late key collection is for the whole block 221C? i believe u have gotten all the documents approved right (eg. HLE)? i managed to speak to one of the workers there over the weekend, and was informed that they will hand over blk 221c's keys to HDB on 25 jun. perhaps there's a delay bah

hi, i presume u are referring to the Aug 07 mature estate (4-room & bigger) balloting exercise. from what i understand, the block used to be rental flats to workers from a construction company. they moved out after their contract ended or smthg like that. u will see corner units available in the Aug 07 balloting cos these are the 4 room units. the corridor units are 3 room flats which had been released a couple of mths back in the monthly 3-room balloting exercise
