Crack On Wall And Tile

Hi,
After a few months after my reno, I noticed visible hairline cracks on my false wall and tiles(behind false wall). Here it is:

The back wall with tiles:
Do you notice the hairline cracks? This is built as a false wall and tiled. Is it normal to have hairline crack? Worried it will collapse.
Anyone can advise? Thanks!
