Hi CHezph, Soft close is makes the cabinet or drawer close slowly. Due to cost constraint my contractor suggest only doing it for kitchen cabinets and drawers. The rest are normal ones. Hi Jaykr My master wardrobe is about $4k. Yes including laminate. As for ABS and solid wood, i don't really know how to differentiate.

Hi all, My Reno cost is $33k all in (my contractor is Ah Wong from Wai Yee Enterprise, he is the owner, hp:91853583) + $2k plus for flooring laminate (direct from Vohringer, they are quite pro and end result also satisfactory). Floor area of my home about 1250sqft. I use tiles from Soon Bee Huat for my toilets and kitchen and utilities area. Laminate for all cabinets from Lamitak. The finishing exceeded our expectation.
