Just another satisfied customer of Eric I am happy to report ^^. Installed 2 Fanco Aroma fans, and they were as good as I hoped. Eric's very personable, converses in English, Mandarin and maybe a little hokkien (didnt get to test that out lol). Two thumbs up, strongly recommended!

Budget issues...pls advise : can I choose to hack and lay only toilet floor tiles, and retain current wall tiles? Will water proofing be an issue, and if so, can I just lay another water proofing membrane after hacking floor tiles to manage this issue?

Thanks Jeff23. Anyway, I have discovered other issues in the mean time, and unfortunately, had to forfeit my 1k for this flat. I will be sure to avoid such a layout, seems common but avoidable.

Hi, I am new to this forum. In need of some feedback here, how would you attempt to manage the "toilet-in-kitchen" scenario : I am concerned about : 1) Smell and Sound from toilet especially when entertaining guests 2) Siting of stove, sink and fridge because of the toilet Any help is appreciated, and many Gongxi Fatt Choy in advance ^^
