Anyway, a huge shout out of thanks to those for the advice and support! In the midst of renovation and alot of stuff to consider. Doesn't help when hubby everything also 'ok, up to you' ..I shld be a happy lady for a supportive hubby but a little stress coz if the decision sux, boohoo... Oh well, not all decisions are up to me. He got his 2.2m dining table even though I felt it was too big.

Hi dear, your kitchen is a inspiration. Was reading your blog a min ago! Hmm ... i m assuming ur pendant lights are white and warm lights are from which source?

Anyone uses warm lighting in kitchen? Or is there any white lights that dun look too 'operating theatre'? Any advise anyone? Cheers!

I started my reno earlier than you wor .. Maybe anor three weeks to completion? My fault for one week delay coz I order TB stuff late. & honestly my reno is very simple and not much work to be done. But major stuff still not done so fingers (& toes) cross it will remain smooth sailing. Good luck to both of us!

oh dear. luckily he offered to rectify. Any photos of why it was done wrongly? Guess I will have to take leave next week when the bulk of electricty and carpentry are been installed. Thanks for sharing your experience.

ask ur xd and jm to help! hahaha .. to be honest, i would suggest you to engage professional help because of the rush to move in for the wedding date ... and you want to be chill and relax for ur wedding day .. it should be facial, mani n pedi time and not cleaning up time!

Nothing much done on the flat due to my fault for ordering my lights via TB juz two weeks ago. Luckily they will arrived this week so fingers crossed more action next week. Bought cleaning materials to the flat so that we can clean the living room after the chemical wash so that Evorich can install our HERF. Thanks to Greg who remind everyone who will be using HERF to clean the floor before overlaying the HERF. Have not decide whether to engage a professional cleaning crew to do post-reno clean-up. Absolutely trust u two. White laminate it is. Speaking of which, I haven't got my kitchen lights!! Haven decide to get practical (boring) lights or pendant lights. I am soooo close to getting pendant lights from TB but decided it is a hassle to clean (went to frd's house who has pendant lights installed in kitchen and saw that dirt has accumulated ard the wire). Likely to get boring lights for practical reasons. Oh well, definitely need to start shopping for one this weekend.
