Like to know where to get cheap Iron Gates for my resale HDB ? How much would it cost to change a gate

Hi, Need some advice here.. I signed up with the ID to do Cement screed on my resale HDB. Now just before start work, the ID told me need extra charges for special effect... Firstly cement screed is cement screed... what special effect... is tehre ? Obviously, they trying to throw a stun... here... Anyone can advise ?

Hi, i just bought a 3 room HDB resale. 3I, 59 sq metre. Wanna renovate but want to save on budget.... So i thought in order to save costs, i will (a) Cement screed on floor and wall of kitchen - industrial theme ( after hack away old ugly tiles ) (b) Polish the terrazo floor on living and bedroom and use retro theme Anyone can give comment if this idea is cheaper and how much can i save... Also does contractor have skillset to do this or need ID ??
