Hello everyone, I had sent my request for a quotation via renotalk recently, and has arranged to meetup with some renovators. Due to budget constrain, I've decided to only do some minor renovation for now and postpone the rest. This is the quotation I've received, it is definitely within my budget, however I wonder if the quote is reasonable? -Painting for whole unit - $1,800 -False Ceiling for living area – $1,000 -TV Console 12 ft - $1,800 -TV Feature Wall, full height 12ft - $3,360 Estimated Total: $7,960 Would deeply appreciate your kind attention and opinion!
