Hi, I'm basically a newbie here and I will be getting my 2-rm BTO maybe in the 3rd quarter of this year. The question I have is about the floor plan. Is there a detailed floor plan that HDB provides us with or is the floor plan that is provided to us during our successful application the only floor plan that we have to work with? Hi, so any luck with the soundproofing? Anyone got any lobang? I contacted NYTC but they have very bad pre-sales support. I have been liasing with them since January.. long story but nothing has been done yet.. I was hoping to get my soundproofing done by April but I haven;t even got a proper site visit yet! And worse still, I keep making appts but the guy doesn't turn up and doesn't even call to inform. I'm getting very frustrated here. Would really appreciate some help here.

Hi, would like to know if any of you had any success with sound proofing in your homes and what company you used. I am cosiderign NYTC, or NoiseBlock Systems SG, but the thing is, I'm getting very little and pretty bad pre-sales support from them. I make an appointment for the person to come down, but he doesn't. When I call his secretary, she's also blur. He asks me to make an appt with his secretary but never keeps the appointments. And worst of all, I do net get a call or anything informing me of any cancellation or whatever. Can someone share their experience with this company if they have used? Or can someone share another contact for good soundproofing ? Thanks!
