if u notice those natural-looking beams at my passage, they are actually the boxing-up of the aircon pipings.... my contractor painstackingly coordinated n chose the best way for me... the most challenging part being at the 'secret' door )

Hi Teofamily, Thank u for dropping by:) The door is good but now my concern is, it will be a convenient entry point for lizards since it is so close to the kitchen....I'm paranoid abt lizards:(( As such, I have decided confirmatively to install magic screen (a kind of netted screen) on my windows and to seal off the aircon opening once after the aircon installion is completed... extra cost but just to have a peace of mind.....well perhaps

hi MiracleSG and juxstapose, thank you for visiting my blog tt's exactly the idea of having the fan there.... to dry the laundry ) the fan may be a bit big, but I need it to serve its purpose... it is really hard to dry clothes when it rains on n off another contractor once told me " if u want practical, not very nice...., but if u want very nice, sometimes not very practical.."

initially I wanted to create a room for my maid there ... but eventually I scrapped the idea

this is my service balcony and I've hacked a wall to create a door adjoining my mbr.... a secret passage fr mbr straight to the kitchen )

naturally along the way, several changes were made to the original plan....most of the time to save cost... fortunately, my contractor, Mr PCT, has been very patient n accommodating .... he has never pinned us to commit to the original quote..... tt I really appreciate... he's very meticulous... very hardworking.... has an eye for details.... not forgetful thumbs up for his work
