Hi guys any idea what type of outdoor blinds that i can use to block noise. Living in a high rise Condominium (30th floor), but facing traffic and construction area. I am extending my balcony to my living room and will like to combine them into one living quarter, so need some tips that i can legally build something that 1) conserve aircon circulation 2) block outside noise 3) sun+ waterproofing. Something that management can approve for me and something that fits my purposes Thanks in advance!
