    U cud try Staron (from korea) they hv a distributor office in Sing. I hv used it b4 for my kitchen top - looks gd! Price gd... and quality gd. I think U can get better rate from here.

    We moved in late July; had the door frames removed in early August; PD doors installed soon after and now, after 2 months of using these doors, we have no regrets putting up with that slight inconvenience to have the ugly door frames removed and PD doors installed in proper.

    I have yet taken any pixs of the PD doors what we have - 4 sets of PD doors altogether. Our sets of PD doors are alum.framed with black panels. We are still looking for the right primer to prep the surface before we paint it with chalk board paint. I think it'll be quite fun to leave some writings on the toilet doors, esp. on the inside to remind users to flush the WC! Or maybe a long story on the walls and door for one to read while one contribute to the national sewage system. :lol:

    The honeycomb series is good but quoted price is too high end for me. Was wondering if it is worthwhile getting the chepest Miele versus a better Electrolux model - EWF 1090 (now selling at $1299)?

    i am told the cheapest Miele still very good.. and durable.

    u can post in SB forum and ask.... more Miele user there...

    i saw the Miele honeycomb washing machine and Miele honeycomb condenser dryer. both 6kg. promo package at Plaza Singapore Best Denki at $3888

    Miele also sell in CK Tang.. Miele are made in Germany.. if u compare like with Bosch made in germany model, the price still ok.

    Miele W562 Prestige Plus is not using honeycomb drum.

    Miele honeycomb drum is patent by Miele and it is say to be better than the rest. Even Bosch n Electrolux try to do something similar like honeycomb still can't beat.

    For me i prefer topload using drum.. so i get Thomson Topload

    How come everybody buying fanco huh?

    I bought my crestar 54" include installation and regulator for $294...

    cos Fanco is cheap.. come with light and remote controller...

    Crester with ligh kit and remote cost more...

    i have 2 Crester with light kit and remote in living room and dining area. i have 3 Fanco Amara 56" in 3 bedroom.

    Just bought the Fanco Aroma 54" from this warehouse and was quoted $300 (with installation)

    BTW, is the wind strong as the blades are wooden type?

    this price is cheap...

    i using this now.. everynight i on low speed only...

    i have 3 x Fanco Aroma 54"

    mine is $330 with installation..

    be sure ask them to change the bulb to 20W phillip brand.... and not Fanco brand 20W...

    for me my celing is around 8.3ft

    i install 5 ceiling fan.

    2 x 54" Crestar Windpac transparent blade in Living room and Dining Area.

    3 x Fanco Arama 56" in 3 bedroom.

    i dont have false ceiling

    just asking below if i going to get the premium 8kg front load.. cos i might get the Thomson topload as SY is small

    for the brandt premium front load 8kg the door handle is on the left side unlike other washer..

    so door opening is on the right side... if i place the washer near to the right side on the wall.. which mean the door can only open 90 degree..

    if place the front load washer in the middle of the washing machine base the right side still have around 20mm for the door to open, will it not look nice?

    if i place it on the right side which mean the door i can open only 90 degree.

    will it difficult to take out clothes?

    Any comments on the Samsung front load 7.5kg washer WFJ1061GW? It's selling at $712 at Best Denki and comes with a free DVD player. Called Hong Liang who quoted $600. Good price for a front load but not sure abt it's quality and performance.
