    I've finally decided for a 8kg LG Tromm. It's supposed to be a surprise for my wife but well, we got to decide together after many weeks of hunting & spending time talking to over 10 sales persons from Courts, Best Denki, Havey Norman.

    +points we are looking for:

    - affortable

    - low noise (very important)

    - Direct Drive motor with 10yrs warranty

    - economical energy+water consumption

    - nice design

    - simple & adjustable functions

    - nice musical tune

    Now, I've to wait till December for delivery. Cheers!

    I am using Samsung topload. WA95UP. Price ard $500 from BEST Denki with extended warr

    Antibacterial, mist shower and water saving function.

    So far so good...

    how is the WA95UP? i at first want to get it..

    is it good..... how long have u use it...

    my inlaw say Samsung not good.... get pansonic... the Panasonic Top Load are so big in size.... my SY so small size....

    now looking at Brandt n Thomson Top load using front load type drum.... price almost double the WA95UP..

    very confuse....

    Hi

    Anyone tried or had visited the City Gas Roadshow at Chevron House?

    They are promoting the GAS water heater and clothes dryer. Bundle deal is $668 incl installation.

    Dryer and water heater brand is Rinnai, made in Japan wor....

    Husband quite keen..but i am not sure leh. So far I did not read any post on this GAS water heater, dryer. So am hoping someone here who might also have been to the road show or might have heard about his be able to share their view.

    most of my neighbours install gas heater.....

    some also install gas dryer...quite good... as she using it now...

    How is the Fujiton Auto Inner Cleaning Function ?

    is it really good?

    Is there any Doc to explain hw the cleaning process? Hw the oil be desentegrated? Cant be the oil vapourise. Is there a need to pour in cleaning solution?

    Apparantly, my 1 year plus old fanco have failed me since my son played the nintendo wii & accidently swing the pull string over the top of the fan, causing it to slow down abruptly. Though it still works, the speed of the fan have been drastically reduced even though it's on speed3. Tried servicing it myself but to no avail.

    It was a pretty good fan i must say, so just a word of caution is to be careful of the pull string (for adjusting the speed) to be stowed away if you intend to have any form of moving around under the fan.

    I'm looking into replacing this fan & get another. May try out other brands..

    pull string... i thought all use remote...

    original retail price is $1399, if order from suppliers like Goh Sin Huat, will cost around $1100.

    Now letting go at $900.

    Cash & Carry - need to arrange for self pick-up or delivery. Need to get rid of it by end of this week.

    why in the first place you buy this... care to share the reason... for this price can get quite a good Electrolux model...

    hi everyone, I am a little lost on this one. At first, I decide on Electrolux. But someone told me european is hard to maintain. When it breaks down, problem will come, with or without warranty.

    Can anyone with these brands give me their comments and recommendations? Thanks in advance.

    so far i heard quite alots of good comments on Electrolux.

    you can even ask them to go down and show you how to use it.

    if that is the case, why is it so that 5 blades are recommended for living room and 3 blades is good enough for bedrooms? i am confused!

    so how to know which brand is better..

    During the last EXPO exhibition, i saw another brand something like Fanco Star one of the design say Amasco copy them... Amasco on top have hole so not good as dust can go in. Fanco Star don't have hole on top.

    Just now i am at Bishan BEST... the sale person even can tell me 2 model of Samsung Front load (WF7650, WF7750) can do soak... i check the catalog.. did not say... fron what i know all front load cannot soak...

    2 model of Samsung Front load (WF7650, WF7750) really have soak... go to HM yesterday...
