As a first time home buyer, feeling great and excited wanting to transform our resale house to our dream house like everybody does. But the second question prompted me immediately in my head "how? who to engage? Where to find? Budget?" Yeah I need an experienced and knowledgeable ID to do it and this is the only way. We have done alot of research before we decide which ID to engage. There are a few we shortlisted: 1. Flush Living 2. NID design 3. Living Art 4. Impression design firm 5. Voila design 6. 3D innovative Ya all are famous ID firms that ppl always mention in renotalk forum, best of the best no doubt!! It takes me 1 month to meet up for discussion+ quotation+ finalize. When come to the decision only Jimmy from 3D Innovative had been very responsive and he is able to suggest practical ideas for our renovation project and most importantly he helps to save your pocket $$. Some other id are rather unprofessional in the way they present and comes out with unfeasible ideas! Due to budget constraint, we have to buy lighting and furniture from jb. Jimmy is the only id who is willing to bring us to jb for lighting and furniture shopping. From there easily I save few thousands$$.. Note: this is extensive service where nobody provides outside! Feeling more and more excited when come to reno work, most of the works are done smoothly and so far so good... Yeah wish myself good luck for the rest of reno work,at least it is a good starting! will update you all after some progress later... Cheers:-)
