Hi all, I need advice? i using contractors for my 4rm BTO which under standard flat (means flooring for living room and 3 bedroom no done by HDB) Do you know which start reno first? my understanding is 1. wet works for flooring 2. plumbing for gas and piping 3. 1st painting on wall and ceiling 4. install aircon 5. install electrical works layout (false ceiling and wiring) 6. install window grilles 7. carpentry 8. install electrical lighting 9. final painting and touch up 10. handover above mention is it the correct flow? please advice me Thanks
