I am definitely not related to Tiler Seng. I said before, I am a ahBengahSeng , sometime people call me ah Beng sometimes ah Seng. I am not in this trade either. But if you say, customer "sweet talk" to IDs and have the 3D drawing...... pardon me again, no such thing! Any company dare to step out and say, without any cost can sweet talk a 3D proposal? I come to your office tomorrow having my floor plan ready! But I definitely agree IDs sweet talk to client, not client sweet talk to IDs.......

I think if you see the price, obviously you will know which is better......

Pardon me if I am wrong. Seldom or must I say, rarely have Company will propose their 3D drawing to clients before a deposit. If that was what you mention, I must say, you are a very "kind" ID or contractor. Can pm me some companies that don't receive deposit and draw for me? I will be the first one to visit them. my 2 cents

Any friend here uses rain shower with instant heater? Care to share how is it? Is the water pressure good enough? I don't intend to use storage and change the pipes..... any comment?

Hi kindly pm me your id contact If I not wrong i saw you saying you did a lot at a quotation of not more than 25k for your reno. No doors no windows no floor...... Very cheap quote, go for it...... Any company can propose me a reno below 30k includes wiring and lighting point for my coming 3 room....I sure sign them. My new house doing a revamp, vacant and neat unit. My opinion, if you revamping your whole unit, 22-23 k seems impossible. By changing all grilles, doors and windows already will cost you 5-6 k. Not forgetting the hacking and the tiles work. Master room , toilet and especially kitchen itself will cost you around 5k already. Although i still had not find a company for my upcoming reno, but I think your quote not many company can meet. My 2 Cents.
