  1. Hi all, I have recently hacked the original tiles in the living room (given by the developer) and kept the original kitchen and bedroom floorings. The laying of new homogenous tiles is just completed today and I am not very satisfied with the results.. I am very disturbed by the fact that the elevation of the doorstep at the entrance is very shallow as compared to my neighbours'. The common area tiles were also sunken towards the right... I tried to check with my contractor but he claimed that the interior is all levelled and aligned with the kitchen tiles and the original bedroom flooring (which is true).. however what I cannot understand is since interior is all aligned and levelled, where is there a significant difference in elevation at the door step as compared to my neighbours' units? I can share pictures for better visualization.. PLease advise how I can resolve this issue and what actually caused this? thank you!
