I just got 2 quotes from factory direct which offers $580 for each glass door inclusive of installation (excluding GST). For one, the price includes dismantling of my existing bifold door as well as any required uplift of the glass door (if it does not fit into the lift) while for the other it does not include dismantling and uplift.
Just wanted to check, does a glass door for HDB common room (3ft by 7ft) fit into a HDB lift (I'm in the pasir ris area, 20+ yr old estate)? If not, what is the usual rate for uplift to my place on the 6th floor?
Sounds expensive to me

Thank you! If I remembered clearly it should be 600++ including freight and GST..
Oops bust my budget...but looking at its beauty, its all worth it!

Late afternoon, i went to purchase artificial grass to be placed in the foyer. Ordered 2m x 1m. but was given 2m x 1.3m at no additional cost which was a good surprised as i actually needed 2m x 1.03m. I also cut the grass myself with some guidance by the seller. Photo of it rolled up for transportation. will take photos of it once its unrolled in my foyer next saturday. stay tune then...
Hi claypot, may i ask where did you purchase this from? thanks

Can I be part of the scandal too?

Yea better go down, a lot of stuff gone Liao. Asked if there are new stock, they always replied with all of it are on the shelves, so not sure if they can last till May.
We are getting visuals this week, excited to see how it looks like as we made a lot of cuts and sacrifices to use this ID. Fingers crossed.

Eyed this set for 1 year and finally made the plunge for it today, hope it can fit in the design for the home and hope no defects on date of delivery since we can't exchange it since they are shutting down
Got a 10% off and the savings went to this cute little thing

We started thinking about kitchen instead of living room, because kitchen requires most carpentry work to be done.. and this is my PERFECT IDEAL kitchen.
The thing is, we don't get wood solid tops in Singapore. Unless we go for laminate tops, which everyone has been discouraging us on that idea... so maybe we will go for all white.... or, light oak cabinets and white top. hee...
U can try looking at kompac plus .. Woody look kitchen top

Hi makan, any luck in fixing up your faucet? I am planning to get the delta as well.
I recalled someone mentioning they could fixed American faucets but seem to find that post. Though I remembered Greg mentioning some connectors thingy so not sure if its related.
