Finally!! Finally the days without sofa and dining on the floor were over! After having some bad experience with "Matz Form", we went around to look for replacement for our sofa and dining table. Most of them told us that the lead-time was around 6-8 weeks for their customize sofa. The 2 months lead-time is actually quite standard but really not what we could afford now. So our selection just limited to those ready stock or display set After a long day searching here and there, we decided to give a last try to Star Living @ Labrador. Walked and looked around inside as they have quite a number of brands. However, the only brand that caught our attention was ... Jotter Goods! We sat on the sofa and relax and it was really comfortable, and I Googled and check the background of this brand. We were surprised to know that Jotter Goods was designed by a local designer, and was even awarded in year 2011 and 2012. HENG ar.. they have ready stocks for the color and size that we selected. We couldn't be any luckier again (besides of knowing Roy)! And the best thing was they delivered 2 days later We bought this Cabin Sofa and currently they having some promotion so the discounted price was just S$1290, really nice and affordable! While walking around, we also found a table which could use for dining. The whole thing was very solid as it was made of iron with paint coated. The table's surface was quite small so basically not enough to dine for more than 2 persons, so Roy suggested to add a layer on top to make it bigger. Let's see!

Hi there, I've emailed you on the quotes and also the prices for the other two. The lock specialist will only do the installation ya. Before that, my ID took our lock to let his contractor to measure and prepare the hole. The material of our study table is solid ply wood with laminate. The laminate we chose is with little rough surface, that's why looks kinda raw. I don't think the weight of concrete could hold there without any legs ba Yea, the clock really 'got feel' Thanks. We ordered the Ziin collection sofa and dining table somewhere mid of January, and they told us the lead time was around 6-8 weeks. So it sounds really fine to us as we planned to move on March, and we really like the sofa a lot. Before we moved in somewhere mid of March, I called them to check on the delivery status and I was told our delivery was scheduled on 25th to 30th of March. Ok lor... just move in without sofa and dining table first, what to do wor. Wait and wait, until 29th of March then I called again as really felt something wrong. Then they told me that our items were not included in that shipment, and need to be delay until 15th of April. Walao, really sien liao.. as we really expecting the delivery. The worse thing is they don't even bother to call and notify you about the delay until you call yourself. Since we have been waiting for 2 weeks, so another 2 weeks still ok la.. just tahan and give them another chance. Day after day finally reaching mid of April dy, no call from them yet leh.. no news is good news? This really doesn't applies to them Then I called them again and check on the delivery status and was told it wasn't in this shipment again and will need to delay until 30th of April. Really 'hot' liao this time.. how could we tolerate for such long delay and I don't even know will they delay the delivery again and again. So I called the Customer Service lotsa times, telling them I wanted to cancel our purchase and ask for full refund. They offered us to take the display units with some compensation, but end up we still insist on full refund. Really sien with them dy.. So last Saturday we went down to Jalan Besar outlet and talked to John about this whole things, and yesterday he called me that he already informed the Account department to refund via the credit card I've used for the purchase. That's our experience with "LUSH", and this is the ONLY disappointment we have so far from buying the flat, to renovation, then buying all the appliances, until moving in. Sigh!! So now they told you 4 months, I think it is still better for you to have some buffer of a month of two. So at least you won't be so frustrated if they take 6 months to deliver Cheers!!
