Hi Everyone, I am getting my keys sometime this year(maybe September'14). Should I source for quotes now? This is my floor plan: I am planning on these works: - Master Bedroom and Bedroom 2 to be connected from inside Master Bedroom (Hacking of walls in MBR and Sealing of Bedroom 2's door) - Bedroom 2 should have wardrobe and some storage cabinets - Bedroom 3 will be a study room (No works to be done) - Living Room fitted with just a suspended tv console - Simple kitchen layout with only bottom cabinet, no wall cabinets - Painting I am wondering where will the major cost be in? Custom Cabinets/Wardrobes? Will 20k - 30k be a reasonable range? Will these info be enough for contractors or id firms?? What other info should I give to them? Appreciate some advice. Thanks!
