    How does the paint process goes? Do you just paint like normal and the final effect is like what you shown?

    after painting with criss-cross strokes, you have to scrap it with a plastic scrapper which is included in the momento paint kit

    800mm basin (800x450)

    Bought this for my house but after placing all stuff (wc, shower screen etc), this turns out to be oversized.
    Full set with basin (but no tap). Shipped in from China.
    Asking to take back basic cost + shipping @ $380. A single set like this selling for $500 - $700 without basin.

    Did you ensure the "box" behind the touch sensor are included and size matching local requirement.

    Also the wiring configuration as well. Electrician must be able and willing to install for you.

    yup, all checked correct. My in house electrician can definitely do it. but he did warn that these sensor type might not be stable...but oh well, at this price, just play ard first

    I have phoenix tag to my mobile cos used to frequent China for work. Easier to talk via phone.

    i see...anyway i just asked the sales some basic questions

    1. they have a standard packing for 30pcs of 12W square downlights (dimension 55cmx37cmx27cm)

    2. for T5, they can custom make length for you (set w/driver or just tube alone). max length is 1.2m for a tube

    Yup being thinking about it for a long time.. haha coz Craft bricks in SG is a hole burner for my pocket and I would love to have a brick wall maybe not a full brick wall but partially random kind. Saw bricks at taobao and not too ex..

    u thot about it too?

    i was looking for tiles for my entire unit...to tile with SG ready stock tiles, its setting me back by almost 3k thats why thought of taobao since the tiles are from China anyway

    but after serious thinking, not worth the risk as the colors may differ

    hmm wad do u guys feel about shipping in craft bricks or tiles from taobao?

    hi, you considering this? seriously? i had wanted to do it but was worried about the tiles being broken when they reached or the colors being uneven etc...

    So small? Lidat my carpet already 3m long liao......... even if they roll the other side also 2m long..... :jawdrop:

    even if one side is 3m long, but the other dimensions of the box have to be calculated as well.

    ie. a 3m by 0.2m by 0.2m box to contain a roll of carpet only gives you 0.12 cubic metres

    if you have 3 of such carpets, 0.12 x 3 = 0.36 cubic metres

    you better start shopping for more stuff

    I can give you their singapore office number but i usually communicate with them through QQ (china's whatsapp) as I used to work in Shanghai for 3 yrs so I got an account.

    There are cheaper forwarders out there, some as low as SGD100 but it would be slower than this one.

    I also dont mind the white patch but how much u paid total for the vanity incl shipping? (Sorry to ask So much ques) :)

    according to my records, there are 3 separate packages for this vanity table. sizes are 0.07, 0.08 and 0.25. this adds up to 0.4 cubic metres.

    0.4 x SGD130 = SGD52 for shipping. Taxes and GST, i estimate to be ard SGD10. Item cost price RMB1491.

    Overall, approximately SGD368

    hi, i believe the carpets would be rolled up and boxed for shipment. If its so, it would most likely be under 1 cubic metre. Anything that is less than 1 cubic metre would be charged as 1 cubic metre. Therefore, perhaps you wanna source for more items to bring up your package size to 1 cubic metre or ask ard if there are others intending to buy stuff so that you guys can combine package. This would be more economical.

    Otherwise, there is international air freight option available on taobao. this takes 3-5 days to reach. Cheapest cost is RMB35 for 1st 1kg and subsequently RMB24 for every 1kg weight. Usually i would use 4PX (air freight forwarder) for this.
