This is a portable aircon with one of the largest BTU around. It's 14000BTU while others are usually about 9000BTU. Bought it for $1200 and only used rarely. Can cool my living room of a 5 room flat on a hot day. Good for those who cannot install air conditioner in the living room or don't want the hassle of installing it.
