    Yup. Bought my Kraus even before my house is complete haha. Should be completed by this year end.

    Cant resist the offer price haha.

    I thot u did not undermount coz I always thot undermount meant u will have the top of your carpentry covering the sink top part.

    Not sure if you know what I meant.

    BTW, I noticed you did not undermount ya kraus? i thot the 30" n 32" single bowl is undermount? Coz I have the 32" haha

    oh i undermount the 30" kraus sink. the kraus sink is absolutely gorgeous!! I love the finishing and the size and especially the depth!

    U bought ur sink even before your reno started??

    my tabletop is 3s white quartz top. stain easily though. not sure if it is supposed to be that porous..

    wanted granite top but due to time constrains so i got 3s quartz instead.. =(

    Hi peanuts, I like your sofa bed from Lorenzo. May I know what's the length of the sofa and how much did you pay for it? Oh and can the cover be removed and washed? Wanted to get a fabric sofa but concerned abt maintenance as I have 2 toddlers. Your sofa really looks gd!

    Thanks! The length is 1.8m. paid about $300 as it was on sale!

    Cover for the sofa bed cannot be removed.. BUT you can get a super single fitted sheet to cover it! Best part coz you can choose any colour and any design!

    That is what i did as i have a toddler too!

    Is yours all in 25k? meaning added wiring works?

    Have you also added in the electronics like oven, hob & hood, aircon? I just got mine last week and things are so expensive now! I think in overall our 3room will spend about 35k!! :jawdrop:

    my whole reno, 25k include the following:

    - carpentry works + blum soft closing (whole kitchen, cabinets and drawers)

    - Hacking & mansory works & plumbing + PE cost

    - L box + a bit of false ceiling + concealment for aircon

    - Window grills, kitchen window and kitchen glass door

    - Curtains + 2 curtain tracks (2 bedroom and 1 living room)

    - Aircon + installation (ME sys 3)

    - Storeroom racks

    - painting (whole house + skirting)

    - Electrical works

    All my electronics and furniture is about 18k..

    Reno is expensive ah!! big hole in pocket!! :~:~:~

    I managed to find 1 scandi grey sofa at Starliving, 2 seater 1600mm but dunno the price yet!

    Anyway when is your reno est to complete?

    Mine at toilet wall tiling stage..its so slow.... is it normal? :( I was hoping to do the move in ceremony before ghost month, and the other furniture or small reno works can do after that...

    Hm.. my place came with HDB floor and wall tiles.. my guess is urs will take longer as you have tiling works. not sure how much carpentry you will be doing but about 2 more weeks to ghost mth, it might not be in time to move in unless your contractor/id really rush it through. good luck!
