  1. I recently got recommended to a designer in Ibridge named Edna Chen. As it was our 1st time, there was high hopes for her plus she came highly recommended by our friend's friend. Initially things were fine; lots of promises and she seem like a fairygod mother that came life. But the nasty things start to happen... 1.she recommended us to a tile place and told us to buy our own tiles and this will cut down our cost. [don't know if ibridge knows this?] 2. She recommended us to use her own wardrobe guy which hence our wardrobe was not in the quotation. [selling the idea: bringing down our overall cost] 3. We had to remind her of every meeting and there's even once I tried to call her at 10 plus pm... she hung up and next moment I received a sms asking who I am. [This happened like 1mth in the mist of discussion] 4. We were made to travel to her place for discussion instead of the office or anywhere convenient for us. 5. In the end the quotation turns out to be 43k which does not include tiles. She then asked us to eliminate quite a bit of items which includes the wardrobe.[imagine that!] After doing what she advise, the quotation was bought down to 31k. Think about it... 31k without tiles for the whole place will chalk up to at least another 4k additional and plus the wardrobe which is another 4k. Which of this make any sense? To add on, she had ask us to transfer her $500 as a deposit... saying her boss in Ibridge requested for that. Only till the end we realise this money was for her own pockets. The name of hers makes my blood fumes. She was the 1st and the most terrible ID I ever met - Terrible.
