    Have anyone ever workout the run and maintaince cost for the so call waz access card system?

    How many residences do u have in blk 79? Cao Cao 800 Plus units. If each family core has 4 members, 3200 cards needed to be maintaince. Each card cost $5, $16,000 one time sunk cost. Who to pay? the 25 on the list?

    Not to mentioned how many lifts, and the replacement, vandalism within the blocks.... tun and maintaince

    Really silly, still harbouring more petition.

    I always thought the forum was a place for discussion, sharing and voicing of one's thoughts, opinions and beliefs. A petition to collectively voice out our concern for the neighbourhood seems very appropriate and in line.

    Regardless of whether the petition succeed or fail, it shows that there are people concerned enough with the safety and the living standards of our estate and neighbourhood to stand up and speak their mind.

    Trust the moral-less authority to send an obedient, internet-brigade lap dog to disrupt and create trouble instead. Typical gangsterism counter-response tactics from them anyway as expected.

    It goes to show how disconnected these higher mortals are from the rest of us peasants, lap dogs included. Only difference is that these dogs assume their masters will take good care of them when kingdom comes.

    Sadly, these dogs have been brainwashed and made to believe that they too are higher elite mortals! For when kingdom comes, they too, will be collateral damage and expendable alongside the rest of us peasants and our CPF.

    I bet the obedient lap dog experienced an all time high from watching the Parade and reciting the Pledge last night. :jammin:

    I hereby declared your petition has Failed. With only 25 individual of anonymous identity, less than 3 % of the total polulation 800 House hold,.

    Thus you may longer need to waste money, time, sending MMS and not to repeat the mistake again. Do note, a forum is a space for voicing not for petition.

    Why not? Join in to a list of dying band wagon. If you want to can also waste monet send many MMS, poster, harassing others and spam their phone just like ah long did. :paint:

    Why can't some people who don't stay in our block mind their own business? What business is it of theirs to interrupt and kaypoh other people's views, feelings and hopes?

    Do you gain happiness by putting people down? :no:

    So what if we are fighting a lost cause? It helps to unite us as neighbours and improve neighbourliness. So what if HDB does not approve? We don't get the access card? so what only 3%? At least it shows there are people staying in Blk 79 who support this notion! :good:

    I'm very proud to be part of the Blk 79 crowd. We've got greeeeaaat neighbours (and of course some not so nice ones). But who cares? This is just part and parcel of staying in any neighbourhood. What I am glad is that the good ones are cohesive,get-together, become great friends, are concerned about one another and help one another. :thumbs up:

    Maybe there are other neighbourhoods who don't get to see this and maybe they are jealous.... :dunno:

    Its ok.... We will understand...... :yamseng:

    But if possible, do MYOB. 8|

    I've resigned to the fact that we do not own our flats, we're only leasing it from the HDB for 99 years. We do not own our cars, we're leasing it from the gahmen for only 10 years. Even our CPF does not belong to us but mere gambling chips for our dear Mdm Lee's punting delight... And now, even the priorities & needs of true blue citizens are being placed behind those of FTs, new immigrants, etc.

    That's the Sinkapore Dream... What do you see? What do you really see?
