Hi Tamm Thanks for the recommendation. I contacted Ladybird Pest Control to fumigate my place on Saturday and they are indeed very professional and most importantly their charges are very reasonable haha.

Hi Anyone has good recommendation of a reasonably priced pest control company. I read from this blog (http://www.vincentinteriorblog.com/pest-control-after-renovating-your-home-31/) that it's useful to engage a pest control company to spray the house after you have done renovation and your house would be pest free for 2-3 years. Has anyone tried doing this before and how effective is it?
