Hi guys, does anyone have a list of contractors NOT interior designers that he could share with me? I recently went to Space Define and asked him for a quote for my hdb resale flat renovation and the cost came up to $40k. Just the hacking of tiles and walls and a wall came up to $5k. So I guess I need to take his list and see if I can find a contractor who can provide everything on the list yet charge less than $25k. Thanks in advance.
