    Hi all,

    need some info from you if you did grills.. Heard need to check on the restriction of type / design of windows grills, is it? Heard was stated in our HDB booklet for our area...

    I am planning to do by end yr for safety of my girl...

    I did grills, however it was part of my reno.. their designs are hdb-approved.. so it gd to check with them too.

    haha i fotgotten abt that, i jus choose the design I want out of the brochure which was given to me, i guess the grill guys would know what is allowed for hdb flats

    I will be collecting my key in 2 to 3 months time. Very excited and started to get headache, as dun know where to start from.

    Hey, so everyone heard this dogs barking, confirm is #164, and we know which floor, the owner got not 1, not 2, but 3 dogs.. 1 big, 1 medium and 1 small..

    Not that we kaypo, but cos, we also have dog and afraid that pple thought is us, cos a few times i found pple walking to my front door and then my own dog bark..

    Actually how to tell the owner to bring his dogs for long walks? Cos most of the time dogs bark due to boredom. If they will regularly walk their dogs, there shouldn't be a problem with the barking.

    Yup, time really flies, we actually stayed there more than a year liao.. close to 1 1/2 years.. still remembered that time when we were all still waiting for keys.. then reno etc.. :D

    Both my wife and I are great.. and we really enjoyed the stay here.. coz mostly is the convenience.. and with great and helpful neighbours too :)

    How come the renovation for your home take so long? Were there any problems? Hope you can move in soon too and be part of the estate.. everything will go smoothly for u :)

    Hi all,

    Does anyone being wake up by a series of dog baking in the morning esp 7am plus around Blk 26. It seem that the dog baking non-stop when the owner left for work. Does anyone got any ideas how to solve this kinda of noise pollution. I'm thinking of informing SPCA.

    I am from Blk 26D, but didn't hear any bark.. maybe coz I usually leave for work later.. or my level is higher :dunno:

    Hi Neighbours

    Wanna know where you keep all your broom, detergents, mop, pails?

    I have problems as I dont know where to put, so I put outside the toilet door (kitchen tiolet).

    Can show me where to keep those away?

    Hi Happy,

    I usually keep my broom and mop at the small space near my washing machine, the pails will be under my kitchen sink.

    The detergents will be at a table beside the washing machine for easy use when need to wash clothes :)

    Hi all,

    Long time didn't come in too :)

    Realised have stayed here for more than a year already.. time really flies :P

    So far the stay is great! Hope to have a chance to know more neighbours though :)

    Btw, I always keep my shoes inside my home, even if I have visitors, I will inform them to put their shoes inside instead of outside :)

    Even if dirty I can always clean it up later.. better than having missing shoes :(

    Wanna check for the both toilets, do u all do the shower kerb esp when if u have installed the shower screen? Is the kerb still necessary? Or with the drop will do since there will be shower screen installed?

    And also, does HDB give us the keys for the toilets too? Bf says should have since the doors have the keys holes? Thanks in advance!! :yamseng:

    i did mine at Jimmy texiles.. go to the katong mall one.. look for Lucus~ he is nice n gd. he knw his price is super good! so he dun allow bargain!! some auntie from OTHER Jimmy texiles outlet tried to charge me 1k more for the same material !! freaking angry!! i did mine at $1280..(include GST) Living room Day n Night (i upgrade my day one to some with pattern and the night one to better material cost abt 120 bucks more) n MBR n Common bed room i put 100% sunlight blockage silk shinning looking kind looking kind *duno how to explain.. plz see my blog for pic* and study room i did 100% sunlight blockage with roller blind..

    if u dun upgrade like my living room its just 1080+GST quite worth it for their material.. the quality is realli good!! u can check some out.. i went to alot shops ard amk and marsling but quality wise jimmy texiles still got the best ~ i suggest dun get too cheap one.. heard some from china one the color will fade when u wash them =_=" curtain can be use for years... so get something tt u think worth it!~

    I need some help to get quote for curtain ( living room and MBR (day and nite )) any goods suppliers ?

    ANd estimate how much will it cost ?

    My hse every night like hv those flying buds . I hard it dunno how they fly so high . They know how to take lift meh hahaha

    My toilet choke issue resolve lor . hope nothing for me to complain again . This time they like brush up their service leh , they are the one who chase me to faster let them do .

    A fire engine came @ abt 1015pm to put off a fire @ blk 26D ground floor central rubbish chute.

    Yup..

    Was at home.. wondering how come got burning smell and so many smoke from kitchen suddenly..

    Thought something burnt at home.. but realised came from outside..

    Was thinking maybe need to evacuate lol

    any one still can hear the noisy pipe noise? the pipe noise has been so noisy for almost 1 year already. last time was told that cos its still new, but now after so many mths the noise still there

    Yup,

    sometimes at night got the sound.. but its ok.. coz only hear it when at the toilet
