Supply labour to install 2 units of W/C at both toilets - $250 4.Supply labour & material to lay 30x30 heavy duty flooring tiles c/w water proofing at both toilets flooring. Dimension of each toilet about 2.25 x 1.5m - $3000 5. Supply & install 1 unit of bi-fold door at common toilet entrance - $290 6. Supply & install 1 set wrought iron gate at main door entrance - $560 What questions should I ask the contractor? If you are a contractor, and has a better offer, please let me know. Thanks.
