    Is it true that ALWAYS CLOSE the toilet door when not in use??

    Is it due to wealth being flow into the toilet and into the toile bowl? No luck?

    Reason?

    Thanks for all the valuable pointers.

    Glad I did not buy the items as rough calculation cost me roughly about at least $2k to $3k.

    Also, I read online about fs and 1 point that tell the owners is that the house MUST BE CLUTTER FREE, KITCHEN MUST BE CLEAN AND NEAT. HOUSE MUST BE BRIGHT, FOYER (MAIN DOOR) LIGHT MUST SWTICH ON TO MAKE IT BRIGHT AT YOUR INSIDE THE MAIN DOOR AREA.

    Am I right to say that?

    I mean generally speaking without taking any compass or reading...a very basic approach to have a good and healthy living.

    Hello SPOI...same as your layout....sofa middle, behind sofa, dinning table....being looking for solution too. Or rather just leave it like that?

    I read up this article and it said sofa is best to lean against a solid wall, which symbolise stability/no worries (wall along corridor not considered a solid wall) but our house layout is unable to do that. We have to put the sofa in the mid length of the hall. Dining area is behind the sofa. Is there any method to turn it in favour to us?

    For me, I will choose a good date and time.

    Then bring fruits and joss sticks, etc.. (as mentioned in pt 1)...

    When turning the keys, make sure you say good good things.

    Also make sure no outsiders follow you in.

    You as the 1st owners go in, of course if your parents or siblings follow, it is ok. But no strangers.

    When open the door and say good things liao, do not step inside first, roll a pineapple into your living room and shout HUAT ah!!!

    Then go in splinking salts, beans and rices all over the places by saying you are the owners, plse go away, also say good things too.

    I realise some people like to put metallic bells and wind chimes at the door, so that when people open the door they will know. especially for shops.

    you will need to be very careful of metallic bells and chimes. sounds from them are strong metal elements. although it is very effective in weakening bad energies like 5 yellow that causes bad and negative things to happen. It may affect your wealth if put wrongly.

    first of all from now till 2023 the wealth elements from flying stars are 8,9,1 which is earth, fire and water.

    if you understand how elements react to each other,

    metal attacks earth 8 (weaken 8)

    fire 9 attacks metal ( 9 becomes weaker)

    metal produce water 1 ( 1 become stronger)

    if your door is capturing wealth star 8 and 9, having a metallic bell in front will weaken your wealth !!!

    However if you house is having wealth star 1 then it might be good to have.

    If after putting the bell and realising your business become worse, the best thing is to take it down.

    It really depends on individual.

    Just like my mum's new house, we have the alter table, we order and shift the alter table in BUT put it in such a way that it is no alignment.

    On the good day, bring in our guan yin but before reaching the main door, I think need to pray the sky then open the door, move in backwards with your face and you carry guan yin facing outward.

    Move in slowly in case you trip lah. Then shift the alter table nicely and put the GuanYin for 3 days (lock of door for 3 days).

    If you have ancestors tablet, after 3 days, bring it in.

    Sound silly? I dont know. Just follow from advise. No harm lah.

    i have a similar question as smartbuy. i not so superstition, i am chinese not buddhist, taoism or christian. i know nothing about this procedure.

    do you think it is better to do this procedure. does this procedure applicable to resales flat if no much renovo work done, just painting and cleaning.

    can immediate families is brother, sister, sister hushand?

    Is it true that some fsm will ask you to buy items that hang at the window (due to poison arrow external) and when he walked around your new house, he point almost all the window, means all the window need to hang the things.

    Last few weeks, I talked to one auntie staying in blk 27b, I think so, she complain to me that shoes gone but as later found at different level!

    And maids and blanga will having fun at the staircase.

    That is terrible!

    Wow, I still tot i was jus the unlucky one with the shoes problem. My shoes disappeared around March too. So now we know shoes thieves have "VISITED" Blk 27B and Blk 26D. Jus hoping it's the same person being caught.

    Neighbours, try to take note if new recycle bags has been distributed to your household the day your shoes goes missing too.

    Yes especially wet place, chicken brand is the best.

    My mum bought all from songcho and cost more than $500+++ for just toilet accessories.

    During that time, I told them off: Wtf..why spend so much? Look at me, I get from poh choo, whole item cost less than $200!

    Now, I eat my words. Mine from poh choon (whom 1 guy from poh choo) told me wont rust! My foot! Now already rust!!!! Heartpain!

    Now, my mum laugh at me, tell me: SAVE LAH! SEE LAH, SPEND A LITTLE BIT MORE AND YOU WONT GET THE HEADACHE!

    So, as what Steve said, will change later!

    Did you do a shower screen?

    Sorry lah...eye not that good liao.

    If not, you may buy a metal rod and ask Tony to drill for you to hang shoer curtain.

    The metal rods comes that can be unscrew to take out the metal rod.

    Tony knows as he did for my home.

    One thing for sure is the cabinet materials.

    All using the same material.

    3 layer wood.

    The only different is the worksmanship.

    The ID claims that the materials he used is much better. He say it is hard to compare because the materials used are not the same. His workers are also from Malaysia instead of China (he say they are better but more ex).

    We are hacking only 2 walls and it costs $750. I guess if we dun sign up we will take the 3D drawings to source for someone else. It's not easy for us to get reliable reference as we are the earlier ones within our group of friends to get a flat.

    Might drop by to carefour or others to searh for those plastic racks to put my detergents, etc....in 1 place rather than put it in the floor.

    Look very untidy!

    I initially want to make a small waist height cupboard to put all the bloom, mops, everything in it.

    Anyway, let's see whether I strike 4d or not this weekend.....hahahaha

    I put it in a corner at the common toliet lor. the those broom n mop i hang it in the toliet. U go DIY shop there got sell a type of holder where can hang broom n mop one.

    but got to drill onto the wall of ur toliet.

    Forumers can recommend you their id/contractors as a referral.

    But you still need to do a bit of homework.

    Example, Sourcing for quotations, write down in spreadsheet and compare, apples vs apples, if possible, write down per feet cost, psf cost, etc.....

    Then, you need to see their showflats to get the feel of their worksmanship.

    Ask as many questions as possible.

    Dont take things for granted. (dont assume the id/contractors knows what you want).

    Always assume your id/contractor doesnt know what you want.

    Lastly, take your time to source for a good id/contractor.

    DO NOT RUSH!

    Currently i am waiting for my keys to my new home.

    I had read up on some of the ids and contractors feedback from the forum.

    But i hope to have more survey and choices before i select them.

    Bros/Sis , if you have any good id/contractor , do recommend ?
