Hi all, Have a very unpleasant encounter with the above companies in Balestier (both belong to same boss). I brought a S$1000 LED light from Singapore Lighting, the sales lady told us that the led light have 17 years warranty and we asked her to write on the Invoice before we purchased. Time past for 3 years and we have problem with the led. We call Singapore lighting but they can service us because of shortage of resource. No choice I dismantle myself and bring down to Singapore lighting to fix. They directed me to their boss at Light and Light. Boss agreed to repair but need me to leave there and pick up on Friday. I return on Friday, boss (Eugene) say don't know where is the light, check with his guy also don't know where it is. They say give them a few day to look for it. I am very patient as also understand these SME resource constraint. 3 weeks pass, someone call to say light ready to collect. I went down and they told me they change the driver and all the LED light. I say ok but point to them that LED should be under warranty as I produce the invoice with written proof. Eugene the boss don't even look at it quickly deny it and say anyone can write on the invoice and don't know who is the sales person written in the invoice..Basically accuse me as liar. I said why don't you check your own copy of invoice. He replied he don't keep the copy.I am piss off with he attitude, we argued and to cut the story short, he try to insult me and I left without the light. Eugene is very nice guy to talk to when he trying to sell you his light, the after sales incident is very insulting. There are other shop you can spent your money than getting insulted later.
