  1. I'm planning to have glossy white cabinets in my kitchen, and understand that sunlight with grease will make it turn yellow in the future. Is there any cabinet material (exterior) that is resistant to yellowing? What materials would be best? I only know there's laminate and vinyl for now. Also, is it recommended to have black interiors for the cabinets? Those who have done so - do share your experiences. Not sure whether it encourages cockroaches to reside. Lastly, I want to install backsplash wallpaper. Any recommended brands or materials for high durability?
  2. My friend was saying there is this technology that allows us to black-out windows on-demand (something like what our current LRT does), but it is not durable, expensive and needs replacement over time. Is this true? Is there any better solution out there other than curtains? Highly prefer a full black-out solution when I sleep at night. Thanks!
  3. May I have the contact please? Also to confirm it's not an advertisement, has anyone contracted their services recently and found it good? Thank you.

  5. 1. I am looking for a solution that allows me to FULLY black-out the windows when it is time to sleep. My colleague spent $15k on automated curtains, but maintenance/cleaning is quite a chore. Heard there's this new technology that allows windows to be "tinted on demand". Is there really such a thing? Otherwise, is there any other value for money solution? Don't mind getting from Taobao and have it installed by local contractor. 2. I'm thinking of installing LED lights that point upwards to the ceiling, so as to create a soft glow effect and remove direct glare from the naked eye. How do I do that without the trouble of accumulating dust on the ceilings? Otherwise I may consider using diffusion panels (something like Samsung store in Vivo). Will that be expensive? Thank you so much!
  6. Hi guys, I'm about to repaint the entire house soon, and was thinking to replace all my light fittings in the house as well. Have a few questions here: 1. Any recommended retailer to look at light fittings? 2. Are LED bulbs dimmable using the traditional dimmer switch? 3. Any recommended models for bulbs? 4. Is it difficult to do the replacement myself if I'm currently using CCFL (non-dimmable) and changing to LED (with dimmer switch)? 5. Is there any resource site I can visit to learn how to DIY? Thanks!
